Training from Day One
As a Dimensions Support Worker, you will:
- Receive comprehensive induction training
- Complete the Care Certificate (or All Wales Induction Standards) within your first 12 weeks
- Gain training tailored to the specific needs of the person you support
- Receive regular 1‑2‑1s and annual performance reviews
Further Development Opportunities
We offer a wide range of routes to progress, including apprenticeship standards, Adult Care Qualifications (Levels 2–5), professional development opportunities for business support roles and access to our multi award winning career development programme – Aspire
You may also be eligible for bonus payments when you complete certain qualifications.
