Discovery runs two CQC-registered short breaks services in Somerset, and our parent organisation Dimensions runs another three.
As well as holidays, we can sometimes offer respite care in your own home or arrange breaks elsewhere.
Whatever you pick you’ll discover a warm welcome, a team focused on your wants, needs and support plan priorities, and a wide range of things to do.

Our short breaks services are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Most people use their Personal Budget, although private payers are also welcome.
